I've been in Binge Eating Disorder BED recovery for over three years. It's been an amazing journey as I discovered that my eating compulsions were not just because I couldn't control myself. I have immersed myself in BED research, recovery options, and support systems. I feel very passionate about shining the light on this disorder, especially in Oklahoma. 

One thing I have learned is how I eat and care for myself shows up in all areas of my life. As I've learned about the WHY I binged and how to interrupt old patterns of thinking and regain my life.

Life-changing Coaching for Bing Eating Disorder (BED) and  Body Image Issues

Together we can:

BED is an eating disorder (disordered eating) characterized by recurrent episodes of eating large quantities of food (often quickly & to the point of discomfort). During the binge the individual experiences a feeling of a loss of control and experience shame, distress or guilt afterwards. And while those with bulimia to to "undo" the binge by purging, people with BED make no such attempt. Nor do they try to burn off the extra calories through exercise or compensate by fasting.
